The UR-22 digital Brix/Diet analyser is a stand-alone unit designed for simple integration with existing pipework. It continuously measures regular, no added sugar and sugar free products and displays and outputs the result directly in
°Brix or % Diet Standard. The UR-22 will also signal to the process when concentration is outside of product specifications.

The UR-22's unique optical design and software algorithms provides unrivalled performance on sugar free products and offers a real-time alternative to time consuming manual sampling and laboratory analysis.

The UR-22 in unaffected by the presence of dissolved CO2 and is suitable for installation directly before the filler. It is also unaffected by pulp or fibres making it ideal for juice based products.
